Hey y'all!! We're so glad you're here! We wanted to let you know about a few changes that we have made / are making to improve our order processing. We are aware that things are taking a bit longer than expected and are working hard to prevent further delays. We wanted you to know that we are definitely not taking it lightly and we are making changes to be able to offer you the best possible service.
This week some orders will have a slight delay but the majority are going out right on schedule. We will continue to work on two week's of orders at a time so each week we cut at least a few days off the processing time. With the current timeline that we are handling, by September 4th we will be down to a 1 week processing time and we honestly CAN'T WAIT for that day to get here! Connor (the hubs) has adjusted his corporate job so he will be helping me almost full time. We have also doubled our cutting machines and my mom will be helping extra hours.
Most of the year I was a one person team which meant that every time I got sick or for some reason couldn't work, things got completely off track. I'm currently training Connor so that if/when something else happens, he can take over and orders will not be delayed.
We want to thank you all for your patience and your support, you all literally keep us and our doggos fed and under our roof and that means more than you will ever know so please just hang in with us, after the orders that are going out this week there should be no more delays!
